Meet Andoni
My name is Andoni Ruiz, and I've been a market gardener in Palm Beach County for over four years. Palm Beach County has almost no regenerative vegetable production — most of it is large-scale, conventional, or built around agritourism. Starting this farm is my way of changing that: fresh, seasonal produce that's actually available to the people who live here, at a price that keeps it within reach.
Beyond Organic, On Purpose
No synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. I use regenerative practices to build soil biology and integrated pest management to keep pressure down without reaching for chemicals. Healthy soil is what makes produce carry real nutrition and real flavor — that's the whole reason to farm this way.

Beyond Organic
No synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, and no shortcuts that trade soil health for yield.
Regenerative Soil
The ground should be better at the end of a season than it was at the start. That's the measure I farm to.
Integrated Pest Management
Pests get handled by scouting the beds and stepping in early, not by spraying on a schedule.
